NO
TICKET REFUNDS will be made for
any reason including weather or
cancellation. In the event the
game is cancelled, postponed or
rescheduled, the holder of a
Cheyenne Grizzlies Baseball,
LLC, ticket(s) will be entitled
to attend on the date the event
is rescheduled.
MERCHANDISE REFUNDS will be made
if the item(s) returned is in an
un-used "Like new" condition.
There will be a 20% restocking
fee associated with all returned
items. Customers must obtain a
valid return authorization
number for any items before the
items are returned.
There will be NO Refunds on
shipping or special priced
items.
Shipping Policy
Statement
All
merchandise will be shipped
after the credit card is posted
and conformed. The item(s) will
be shipped standard UPS unless
another shipping type is
selected. All merchandise will
be pulled/packaged and shipped
for delivery within 3 working
days from the time of the order.
The
Cheyenne Grizzlies uses standard
flat shipping rate for all items
within the Cheyenne community
Area.
