Grizzlies Baseball Club or

involves the purchase of
product, game admittance, tort
claim or any other dispute,
shall be resolved, whether by
arbitration or legal action,
within Laramie County, Wyoming.
Legal jurisdiction is agreed to
reside in Laramie County,
Wyoming, and venue of all
dispute resolution is hereby
contractually bound and limited
to Laramie County, Wyoming. Any
lawsuit must be prosecuted
solely in the Circuit Court for
the Judicial Circuit, Laramie
County, Wyoming.

endorse or take responsibility
for what people find there.
The
holder of a Cheyenne Grizzlies
Baseball, LLC, ticket assumes
all risk and dangers incidental
to attending an outdoor sporting
event, and vending area on what
is essentially many surfaces,
whether occurring before, during
or after presentation of any
entertainment, including but not
limited to injury caused by
objects thrown, assault, injury
from motor vehicles on site
(even if racing), animals, fire
and any other cause. The
Cheyenne Grizzlies do reserve
the right to prosecute any fan,
ticket holder, game attendee
that causes damage to any other
fan, property (public or
private), player or employee of
the Cheyenne Grizzlies
organization.
Holder further agrees that the
following are not liable for
injury by any cause and agrees
to hold harmless the Cheyenne
Grizzlies Baseball, LLC, it's
owners, agents and employees.
Admission into the baseball
complex constitutes consent to
use, without restriction,
reproductions of your likeness,
whether by photograph, video,
film or otherwise, for
commercial and noncommercial
purposes, including but not
limited to publication in
magazines, video, movies and
internet web sites.
NO
TICKET REFUNDS will be made for
any reason including weather or
cancellation. In the event the
game is cancelled, postponed or
rescheduled, the holder of a
Cheyenne Grizzlies Baseball,
LLC, ticket(s) will be entitled
to attend on the date the event
is rescheduled.
Security Information:
Strong precautions are taken to
protect the information of the
users of our Site. When users
submit sensitive information via
the Site, that Information is
protected both online and
off-line.
We take credit card information
security seriously and use a
variety of technical solutions
to make shopping safe at our
Site (Verisign). We use one of
the best Credit card processors
in the country to protect our
customers (Verisign) Your
information is encrypted and is
protected utilizing the industry
