Front Office Coordinator Opportunities

Thank you for considering the opportunity to become part of the Cheyenne Grizzlies family. As with all mountain Collegiate Baseball league teams, the Grizzlies rely on the many volunteers that perform numerous tasks, that make our season a great success. The Cheyenne Grizzlies appreciate all of the volunteers and committee personnel who give their time to help The Cheyenne Grizzlies remain one of the top summer entertainment values in Southern Wyoming.

Volunteer committee is looking for the following three very important Coordinators:

• Host Family Coordinator: Who will find and screen host families who will open their homes during the season for all of the players and coaches for no charge. It is advisable to work with the local junior league to find host families, as little leaguers all want to have their own college baseball star at their house in the summer.

 

• Player Employment Coordinator: Will work with local businesses to find "game flexible" jobs in the community for any players who want to work.

 

• Hospitality Coordinator: Will organize the players and coaches arrival to and from Cheyenne, as well as assist players and coaches with 'getting around" Cheyenne. The hospitality coordinator will also schedule "get together", potluck dinners for players, coaches, interns, and the other volunteer Committee s during the season.

 

• Media Representative: Will organize media events, press releases. Will write and photograph Grizzlies press releases for individual games. will travel with the team for road games and write stories and snap photos. Will get stories to local papers, radio, and TV on a timely basis. Will call in scores and e-mail information to local media personalities.
