Cheyenne Grizzlies Community Support

The Cheyenne Grizzlies and their players support many organizations in the Cheyenne and the Laramie county area.

Over the past few seasons Grizzlies players donated their time to the CFD Kiwanis pancake breakfast, Cheyenne Super Day, and numerous events. Including baseball Clinics for Cheyenne youth baseball were they supplied prizes and tickets to games. 

The Grizzlies organization gave thousands of dollars in merchandise for silent auctions, fundraisers, and raffles. Including:

1.      United Way of Laramie County

2.      Several Elementary school fundraisers

3.      Wyoming School of gymnastics

4.      YMCA

5.      Laramie County Foster Care program

6.      FE Warren Spouses Club

7.     Wyoming Foster Care Programs

8.     St. Mary's School fundraisers

The Grizzlies added over $10,000. in contributions/payments in supporting youth sports, including baseball, boxing, hockey, gymnastics, and softball.   

The Grizzlies had also raised monies for the Gerald Garcia/Jim Brewer memorial scholarship and The Miracle League programs. Both are now the Grizzlies own personal charities that will benefit the citizens of Laramie County in the near future. 

The Grizzlies organization continues to donate hundreds of dollars in tickets to senior citizen homes, child day care centers and other youth programs.  

Grizzwald our stellar mascot has attended many organization fundraiser and worked his tail off helping to make every event a success. Thanks Grizz for the hard work.

All this was done in our first four seasons, can you imagine what we can do in the next season!
